A great size space and set up. Nice furnishings. Helpful service

Shower pressure is weak and hot water takes a while to heat but suspect that’s related to the Heritage hotel heating cylinders Bed is a double so smaller than what you’d usually get elsewhere.

Second time staying here. The location, aesthetic & amenities are amazing especially the spa access.

Asked for an additional blanket this time, host said there was one on the chair but there wasn’t. Told me to turn up heating instead. Would have preferred the additional blanket as requested in the booking.

Apartment was an absolute beauty, really clean and inviting. The Apartment was super quiet aswell & the curtains were amazing, blocked out any light. Location was 10/10, super central & convenient. Everything at your fingertips. Tip: if you're staying for more than a few days take extra towels or wash and walk up the road to a dryer.

No window looking outside, only down to indoor restaurant. No microwave. No instructions for oven or washing machine. No clear directions to lock box

The shower needs a good cleaning, mould starting on grouting and bottom of door. Overall cleanliness of property needs improvement.
