Sophistication Stay-Cation with a Roof Top Pool!

There was a bit of confusion back and forth with check in but the host worked with me to quickly rectify which was nice. The location is excellent for downtown wandering and the rooftop pool and lounge area are a nice addition.

If not for the mix up with early check in, it would have been a hassle getting the key from a different location than the actual stay and also finding the room. Floorboards throughout the hotel and the apartment are quite creaky so expect to hear surrounding neighbors. Had an issue with the shower on the first day. Hosts were quick to respond and schedule a plumber and advised they were supposed to come the next morning before I left at 10am but they didn't. I returned to find they had let themselves in which made me a bit uncomfortable, but at least it got fixed. Was supposed to get some replacement towels because I had to use most of the ones provided to mop up the spillage before the shower was fixed but they never came. Also think the cleaning fee being a flate rate is a bit steep when you only stay a couple of nights.

The space and cleanliness were fantastic Loved the decore as well

The view from the roof was fantastic the pool was awesome

Not being able to have fresh air to open a window a little was not the nicest, the cutlery was dirty which is so bad in these times with covid so that was disappointing considering the price I pay and the extra cleaning charge on top of that
