Absolutely everything. The best accommodation on our holiday in England and Wales. Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, lovely decorative details. Perfect communication with the host/Vanessa.

Location was perfect with Blenheim Palace a stones throw away and Woodstock on the doorstep with great places to eat. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and was actually cheaper than staying in a hotel. Couldn’t fault it.

We left the window open in the bathroom for an hour and around 50 flies ended up in the bath/ floor!

Superb location to explore The Cotswolds, walking access into Blenheim Estate just yards away, Bus Stop outside for Woodstock and Oxford. Clean and tidy apartment. Well equipped(ish) see below. Pub/Restaurant 30 yards away.

Not a single USB charging point in the property, very unusual in 2023, make sure you take an adapter plug or two, for phones etc. Also very limited, if any, phone signal in property. Not a major concern for us, but could be for some. We had particularly hot weather, and were not able to lock windows open, so came back to a sweltering apartment each evening, then had to fully open windows to make if comfortable.

The facilities were great and accommodation spacious for a couple. Easy walking distance to Woodstock/Blenheim Palace 30-20 minutes.

Bed was a bit squeaky.

The apartment is nicely presented with modern design features. It is very clean and well appointed. The Full Kitchen is excellent and all utensils and appliances in excellent order. Plenty of cleaning materials provided, towels spotlessly clean and of good quality.

Bath quite deep and really needed a handrail on wall to assist getting out. Not enough hot water for a full bath. No warning on description of apartment that there are several deep steps to negotiate from the car park. It was a sunny few days and we would have liked to sit outside on the patio, but this was very small and bistro set very unappealing. Not an area where you could sit and relax for a few hours.

Excellent location, apartment included everything we needed and instructions very thorough. Easily walkable to Woodstock from the apartment and plenty of public transport options within the area too. We loved our few days stay.
