Accueil très sympathique, un remarquable effort pour nous permettre d'accéder à l'appartement avant l'heure du check in. Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, ne manquant de rien. Lit confortable. Emplacement central choisi à dessein, à 3' de la place du Duomo et juste au-dessus de la plage du Porto Vecchio, au cœur de l'animation de la vieille ville. Spectacle permanent de la plage et du môle ; large vue sur la baie de Cefalu, beaux couchers de soleil. Dans la cuisine, capsules de café, bouteilles d'eau, petits gâteaux, bouteille de Prosecco ! A noter, car c'est très rare : deux trousseaux de clés nous ont été remis à l'arrivée.

L'isolation phonique est inexistante, surtout du côté de la rue où se trouve la chambre (huisseries en bois, simple vitrage). Or les sons montent d'une rue très animée où les bruits s'amplifient. Au cœur de la nuit, les Vespas pétaradent, dès 6h du matin, le service du nettoyage de la ville intervient avec une machine bruyante, à 7h, c'est l'enlèvement des ordures, puis du verre… Côté séjour et plage, il vaut mieux aussi garder les fenêtres fermées, car la musique diffusée par des établissements de part et d'autre de la plage est non stop entre 10h et au moins 22h (minuit, notre premier soir). Il faut dire qu'à Cefalu, comme dans beaucoup d'autres lieux touristiques, une musique très forte et de mauvaise qualité est omniprésente, s'imposant dans l'espace public : visiblement, la commune est incapable de faire appliquer le règlement contre la pollution sonore qu'elle a pourtant fait voter en 2024. L'appartement est au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur ; l'escalier est clair, au marches régulières mais hautes.

The view was exceptional! It was like a dream, looking out of the kitchen window drinking coffee in the early morning. On a more practical note, it had everything you could need for your stay and more. The location was fabulous! I loved my stay! You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment right at Cefalù Beach and the marina, and I can honestly say it was perfection. The location could not have been better—just steps from the beach with panoramic views that took my breath away every single day. Waking up to the sight of the sea and hearing the gentle sound of the waves was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, Elisabetta made everything seamless. She kindly allowed me to check in early, which was such a relief after traveling. To top it off, she had left a chilled bottle of Prosecco and some delicious snacks waiting for me—a thoughtful and generous welcome that immediately made me feel at home. The apartment itself was charming, clean, and full of natural light, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But really, it's all about that view—it’s something you have to see to believe. A small but important note: the apartment is located on the top floor (about 50 steps up) and there’s no elevator, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. However, Elisabetta graciously helped me with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. If I ever return to Cefalù (and I hope I do!), I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a magical Sicilian escape with stunning views and an exceptional host.
