Il Balcone Al Molo

First of all - the view is amazing!! The apartment itself is great, too! The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find anything you need there. The host was very helpful and friendly. He left little welcome treats for us in the kitchen - fruits, coffee, prosecco. He also speaks perfect English. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants around.

It's a top floor, so when it's windy outside, it gets noisy

We stayed at Il Balcone Al Molo for 3 nights in September. This apartment ticked all the boxes. It was clean, spacious and the views from the living room were amazing, you can see over the whole beach and bay. Sitting on the sofa with a glass of vino watching the sunset was my favorite part of staying here. There are city views from the bedroom window where you can watch the comings and goings of the busy main street. Everything from start to finish was perfect and there was nothing too much trouble for our host Vincenzo. Great communication and information throughout our stay. Be warned there are stairs up to the apartment and no lift, as is so common in the buildings of old towns in Sicily, but a few stairs (about 50 or so) are totally worth it for the views alone. And as there is a ZTL in Cefalu parking is about a 10 minute walk from the property, but if you park at the car park on the front the walk is flat. Parking cost us around 20 euros per day/24hrs.

The location was perfect and the view amazing

It would have been good if even just a couple of washing machine pods were provided. It’s asking a lot to be expected to buy a whole box for just one or two washes.

The property was in an excellent position overlooking the sea and the Molo. All the local restaurants and amenities are within a short walk.It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make simple meals, including a rare kettle. Most importantly, the air conditioning was most efficient. Lorenzo and his sister proved to be excellent hosts, friendly and helpful at all times.

Fewer stairs!

I liked the location, the host was very nice, helpful and frendly. We liked the sea view and the view on the busy street. This apartment present real Cefalu.

A very nice apartment on a beautiful place. Breathtaking view on beaches, sunset, sea...In the apartment there is all that you need. We really enjoyed our stay. Last but not least, both hosts are very very nice and helpful, their reactions and answers are immediate.

Fantastic location, right above a small beach and close to everything in Cefslu. The view is stunning. The owner was so welcoming and responded quickly whenever we needed anything.

We had an amazing time here. The view from living room is outstanding. You are right in the center of old town. One of my best stays on booking. Thank you <3 !!!

Perfect location Outstanding view

The sea view is spectacular! We have enjoyed fantastic sunsets every day. Very close to the most tourist attractions (Duomo, etc.), main souvenir streets, good restaurants, and last but not least - to the best beach nearby - Kalura Beach. Ca. 15 min. on foot to the Central train station. The apartment was very clean, the check in went smoothly, to though we have arrived late at night, the hostess was very polite and provided is with plenty of useful tips&recommendations. Thanks a lot for the great stay! Definitely recommend ;)
