The staff took extra good care of me and my wife and made sure we had everything we needed. A very special thank you to Eyad, Atif, and the rest of the gang for taking care of us. We arranged a private tour just for us and it did not disappoint. Honestly the gentleman went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Our room was lovely but it needed a bit of dusting. Because the tents are in the desert, there tends to be a lot of sand and flies in the room. I hope the gentleman would find a solution to resolve this. Thank you!

This is a dream place. Perfectly located near the Wadi Rum reserve, it is a fantastic option to spend a night or a couple of nights in the heart of the desert. Staff are definitely one of the best assets of the place, they are very friendly and always willing to help and provide any information needed. Dinner is good. Breakfast is acceptable. Amazing the possibility to get out of your tent and walk the desert by yourself for sunset or sunrise. The tent is equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. A/C working properly and toilet runs smoothly. Beds are very comfortable. It's clean, highly appreciated. Thank you!

The stay in a tent was cool.

The facilities were only built 8 months ago, yet the steps are falling apart at one of the tents. The power is only on for 1/2 of the day (using solar power) and there is not enough hot water for two showers. Our tent had long hairs in the bathroom and bedroom area.
