From the moment we arrived, we felt the team's good humor and warm welcome. The entire staff is attentive and generous, always looking after our every need. Dinner and breakfast introduced us to the region's culinary traditions, and the car rides through the desert and mountains simply dazzled us. The highlight of the stay was truly the night hike and the tea drunk under the stars, which were very visible in the area around the hotel. All in all, everything was a testimony to the kindness and enthusiasm with which we were introduced to the place, and to a team with a wealth of knowledge and human qualities. It really is the perfect place to rest after a trip to Petra, and the comfort and activities are simply heart-warming.

No AC in day time since it is running under generator. However temperature was good outside even in daylight.

Great setting in a beautiful location. Super quiet and instantly relaxing. The star gazing in the evening is something to behold. We took an early morning jeep tour and the views are fantastic early on. Everything is new and modern and well maintained in the resort. What really makes this a worthwhile place to stay is the hospitality shown by Aied and his team. The couldn’t do enough for us to make it a visit to remember.

This is fairly new but time and effort has gone into making it a wonderful place to stay. In particular, the manager, Aied, is fabulous – he is constantly watching to see if you need anything and he immediately jumps into action. He gave a great welcome and was very easy to get on with. There is an optional evening meal that you should not miss. The food is wonderful, lots of salads plus the lamb, chicken, rice and vegetables are cooked underground in the desert sand – fantastic…!!!

No complaints at all but I know you want something here… As a recently opened business, there were a few things that happened but I don’t think they are important – our sic-con stopped but Aied had it back working five minutes after we told him; we didn’t know where to go but that was our own fault as we had no local 4G internet and didn’t know where to go, quickly fixed by ringing them and they came ten minutes drive to meet us. so, these are small and unimportant things. Really, no complaints.

The tent was nice, the location is not far from the gas station where we left the car. We booked rides in the desert and the owner was our guide. he showed us all the best places. food was ok, nothing fancy but in the middle of the desert the possibilities are limited. staff helpful and welcoming.

we hoped to try sand boarding but the one offered was not for this activity so maybe skip it. also the air conditioning was not very powerful for the day. we also ran out of cold water ( yes that never happened before)
