Das Appartement mit Meerblick vom gut geschnittenen Balkon aus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Für Autofahrer ist die Lage in der ruhigen Wohngegend perfekt.Der Fußweg zur Strandpromenade beträgt ungefähr 15min. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war total unkompliziert. Alle Fragen rund um das Appartement wurden sofort geklärt. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Super!

Die Küche! Sie muss dringend erneuert werden. Die Küchenmöbel zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und im Gegensatz zu den übrigen Räumen der Wohnung ist die Küche unsauber. Das Appartement wäre für uns nahezu perfekt mit einer gepflegten Küche.

L isolation phonique très mauvaise entre logements et le vis à vis avec le balcon du voisin, l appartement étant dans l angle de l immeuble. Pas de commerce à proximité, voiture indispensable

I loved the space . Immaculate clean Apartment . Very peaceful environment. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely Views from the balcony. Lovely walk down to Playa Baiston restaurants /Beach.

I didn’t like the amount of stairs going into the apartment but then I found that I could avoid the stairs and cut through the pool area to reach my apartment. Missed not having a Toaster. they had a toastie machine but missed my toast in the morning.

La ubicación era perfecta para moverte a cualquier sitio de la Isla. Las vistas y la terraza eran estupendas. La cama muy cómoda y en general estaba todo muy limpio. Además el anfitrión nos atendió súperbien con algunos aspectos que tuvimos que solucionar sobre el funcionamiento de la lavadora.

Faltaban algunos detalles en la cocina o en el baño. Había pocos cubiertos o tipos de utensilios. Dejaron solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico y una bolsa de basura para 6 días. Nos dijeron que fue un error y nos trajeron más así que agradecidos porque solucionaron bien y pronto.

La amplitud de la casa, la tranquilidad a la hora de descansar y la limpieza. El cheking fue rápido, las llaves se recogen en una cajita en la puerta.

Estaba alejado del centro, aunque con coche se llegaba rápido pudiendo aparcar fácilmente cerca del apartamento

Nice location away from the hustle & bustle, gentle 15-20min walk to the center, lots of taxi's if it's hot & you don't want to walk back. Everything you need in the apartment including a super washing machine. Nice little cafe / bar on the complex run by Sammy & her man (sorry I've forgotten your name). Ready to make me dinner even when I came back a bit late. Locals in the bar & always made me feel welcome.

A lovely walk into the heart of Costa Teguise although everything you may need was available on the main road a short walk from the property.

Would have appreciated a change of towels. There was no extra toilet roll
