Very clean Location is good．

It would be better if there was some blankets in the apartments in case the temperature is low at the middle night．

Super comfy bed. Loads of space throughout the apartment. Huge bathroom and nice shower. Lovely views from the balcony. I liked the location as it is in a residential area so nice and quiet. Sun on balcony until about 11am. Shops, bus stop and beach about .6km.

No instructions of how to find the apartment. However the bar was open so they let us know where to go, however if it was not open we would have had to look around to find the apartment. No instructions in the apartment, but we sussed that we needed to take our rubbish and recycling to bins at the end of the road.

Apartment was fantastic, sea view and overlooked the swimming pool, very clean, comfortable and a bonus the bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were brilliant very friendly and attentive and easily accessible as the live on the complex

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean, everything we needed was there, great location.

Lack of sun on the balcony, wasn’t keen on the pillows or the bath towels (this is my personal preference - I am quite spoilt)

Large property for two of us, great balcony area and nice quiet location and pool area

Would have been good to have some more towels as the shower didn’t drain away quick enough to avoid spilling into the bathroom floor

If you're looking for a very affordable, good quality apartment in Lanzarote, you couldn't do much better than this, we've been coming to the island for 25 years and this is one of the best we've found. It's in a lovely quiet area a short walk from lots of small, nice restaurants on Avenida del Mar. Apartment has loads of space and well maintained. Good sea views.

Nothing - not often it's possible to say that!

The location around is very nice and silent, really nice ocean view form the terrace. Swimming pool is cleaned every day, however we did not use. The owner was on contact any time we needed. Spacious. Wifi. Everything is clean, working properly. Silent neighbors. Good restaurants with both spanish and european food.

It was not very obvious to find the apartment. Probably need some better description of where the specific appartment is. The only one disadvantage is the absence of dishwashing machine (but this might be a common thing in Lanzarote or Spain).
