GBThe cottage was a very comfortable and cosy setup, perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway (though you could absolutely stay longer). The view from the front garden was lovely; we especially enjoyed sitting out and star gazing one of the nights. The living space was comfortable, kitchen small but had all the equipment you'd need. Tea and coffee options were provided, and a small pint of milk in the fridge was appreciated. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little too soft to our tastes but a nice change for the weekend. The host was responsive the morning of which we appreciated too. We'll definitely be back :)
We struggled to get the shower hot – we didn't try very hard – and like I said, the bed was a little too soft for our tastes (but could well be perfect for others). There is a narrow and relatively steep stairs up to the bedroom – I hadn't copped this when booking, so just stating it in case others miss it in the description too. I had no problems with it, but my partner found it trickier to navigate. This is not totally relevant as we weren't driving while visiting, but there is no parking at the cottage and it is down a small lane. It's very private, quiet and lovely but just to note if you have a lot of luggage or limited mobility that it might not be the best option in that instance.

GBIt was a tiny romantic cottage, with a sweet little garden with interesting and pretty planting. Great to sit in as the sun goes down. All mod cons. And close to shops for supplies.
It would have been nice to be able to drive up to the property, its a steep hill but it's almost part of it's charm after the first time! And there's plenty of parking spaces a few minutes away. It didn't deter from the experience and we were warned by the Host.

GBGBTHE PROPERTY IS DOWN A NARRROW LANE WITH NO ACCESS BY VEHICLE, THE HOST TOLD US TO PARK ON A NEARBY STREET AND WALK. THERE WAS NO PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE LOCATION AS IT WAS A BUSY RESIDENTIAL AREA AND ALL PARKING WAS OCCUPIED. THE HOST DIDN'T CARE AND WASN'T HELPFULL.
