Very quite place with friendly host

They could care more about housekeeping

Nice clean apartment and bathroom with balcony and a well equipped kitchen.

The host could not communicate well in english via whatsapp call and was not responsive via booking.com and whatsapp messages even though we had informed him about our arrival time. Upon arrival, nobody was there to receive us and it was a challenge to find our allocated apartment (as it was not the main apartment as on the address of this property), and he expected us to wait another 20 mins for him in the heat. When we asked him to come sooner, he showed up after 10 mins, angry and aggressive, indicating how easy it was to find the apartment and that he has a problem with us. He then took our passports for registration and drove off for 10 mins. We are a couple and booked the room for 3 pax, for 3 nights as we had a local friend joining us on the final day. When he came back, he asked for payment and insisted that we pay city tax for 3 ppl all 3 days because it was “what we booked”. After receiving payment, his tone changed and become slightly better.

We had a great garden level apartment with nice sitting area under kiwi plant next to plants, kitchen was well equipped close to supermarket and a place where you can buy fruits and vegetables

I guess as mentioned previously the apartment due to being at grand level had a bit of a musky smell

It was really cheap, AC is working without an issue and the bed was comfy. I stayed for a very little price and it has very good price/perf ratio. Also has a nice balcony :)

there is a very bad smell from the bathroom, I don't know how to solve it but that was the only downside honestly.

Clean and perfect location

Nothing like in the pictures, wrong location sent and neighbors were warned us, grumpy host-he was angry with us since we had a call to him to find him for entrance and said that he was at his residance at the same location which is not possible to know and raised his voice. Room was very small and generally old and no garden view as stated in the reservation details. There might be a language problem since we realized that we have an issue with the communication.

The host was very kind to receive us even though it was past the check in hour. Help us park the car in the correct parking spot. Calm property, very close to the main street/supermarkets.

The room had a funky smell, like humid scent. The AC made a lot of noise. The curtains were very transparent and because the room was on the ground floor, anyone crossing the garden could see what was happening inside the room. In order to not wake up with the sun rising and to not let anyone peek I had to cover the window with a blanket.
