Casa SERGIO Budva Rooms & Apartments

We stayed in three separate rooms at Sergio's apartment as 6 people. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom of one of the rooms was outside (in the balcony). This made the room more comfortable, I guess, because our family members staying in other rooms complained about the smell of humid in the room. Other than this, we had zero problem. The wifi, the AC, and the hot water were working perfectly. The apartment was so close to the city centre, but in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood as well. The parking space was really good for us. Finally, Sergio is a nice owner, and he was very helpful. We strongly recommend his place.

Sergio welcomed us, even waited for us the time we decided to arrive, and had reserved a parking place for our car . The most priceless thing was the wonderful garden, amazing !

It’s a little bit old furniture and kitchen, but the bed was very comfortable, so it’s ok for the value .

Excellent value! The room was simple, but clean and equipped with everything one needs, such as a small kitchen and even a small backet for clothes washing. The host was available via whatsup for arranging an arrival time. The location is very convenient for the beach and the bus station is 15 min walk away. The location is somewhat residential, but main advantage is that it is away from the noise and dust of numerous constructions in the beach belt area.

Overall, the location is quiet, but I had a problem with the noise from a family with 2 small children in the outdoor area of the house next door at 16-18:00. Crying, playing football, loudly cheering dad, etc. hence, I could not enjoy a wonderful balcony in my room. They could have been visitors as well and the noise was only during my stay. Also, there was a problem with a barking dog nearby. Not at night and somewhat sporadic. Overall, these are the issues of staying in a residential area. Also, I would suggest to remove the somewhat old carpet and put some easy-to-wash ceramic tiles.

It is well located, approximately 15 minute walk to Budva Old Town. Sergio was a responsive host as I couldn't find the property and had to send him a message asking where it was.

There was no parking and I had to park two streets away. Fortunately I only had two bags, I would not like to try and park here during the busier tourist season and would not book again for this reason.

The Bathroom and Kitchenette are outside on the terrace, which was okay. There is no kitchen sink or kitchen space, but manageable and good enough for my breakfast
