Отношение персонала . Человек , который нас заселял , не объяснил ничего. Ни пароль от двери, не сказал где завтрак , спортзал, бассейн . Вообще ничего !!!! Методом тыка , через отдыхающих , я узнавала . А потом и вовсе игнорировал мои сообщения в ватсапе . Была ситуация в первой день : у меня заблокировалась дверь, от которой мне не сказали пароль , мимо проходила горничная , она в открытую отказывалась помочь ! Уборка это отдельная история.. уборка проводится тольк тогда , когда мы в номере ! Потому что у них нет ключей ! Ну окей ! А проводят уборку вечером , когда мы идем на ужин , или когда у нас запланировано мероприятие. Однажды мне понадобилась метла , потому что просыпался песок с пакета . Внизу на ресепшене мне отказали в помощи , горничная на телефон не отвечала. в итоге я убирала все полотенцем , которое нам дали изначально . Добавьте веник в номер! Полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности . У бассейна нет лежаков , потом появились 3 штуки . Это малая часть, что вспомнилось

Convenient location. Apartment was of a good size and was modern.

The host arrived late and provided very little assistance. The apartment was not ready for check in creating delays in my schedule. Daily housekeeping is not available and the host expected some cleaning before check out. Shouldn't it be thoroughly cleaned by the host for the next guest? The apartment has potential but the service provided by the host needs improvement which spoils the experience. Limited amenities provided.

Only clean apartment

They are scammers, i get 2 apartments instead of 3 and still need to pay more than on booking. I never get any help from booking and from the agent/owner. Never get invoive or receipt. The swimming pool was closed. On check in i have been told at the reception it is open. Liers and scammers, be aware. I get 2 separated beds instead of one. Was very heavy to move it.

I really liked the location of the property and the stunning view it offers. The place is very pleasant and allows you to fully enjoy the surroundings.

I was not satisfied with the customer service. I informed them the day before that I would arrive in the morning and even paid for an extra night, but they showed no interest in assisting me. Communication was very poor from a month before the stay; I was never able to contact them through any channel. They did not inform us in advance that the swimming pool was out of service or under maintenance. Only two towels were provided for three guests, and my child’s bed did not have bed sheets. The balcony was not in good condition, with chairs in a deteriorated state. The price is high for the level of comfort provided. When arriving at the given location, it turned out to be a different hotel. The pillows had an unpleasant smell. As this is an apartment-style accommodation, no cleaning service is provided during the stay, so guests must clean the apartment themselves, including leaving the kitchen clean and taking out the trash upon departure.

There were no clear instructions provided for checking-in process. It was all a complete mess. We had to wait for an hour or so without Internet or contacts and having no grasp of what is going on. Hosts didn't speak English and were so unprofessional. We had to pay cash by giving it to a stranger person without receipt or any other confirmation. Additional bedding set was not provided for our daughter. Although, we booked it for 2 adults and one child. She wasn't also included for breakfast.We had to buy a set and pay for 1 more breakfast. The swimming pool wasn't working throught the stay. The fire alarm went on in our building quite a few times during a week stay, and it did feel disturbing considering the location - 18th floor. We had only one key and couldn't go out of the property separately as you need a card key for the elevator.

Хозяин апартаментов мошенник и несмотря на бронь на booking.com, при заезде говорит что у него нет мест. Якобы постарается найти для нас апартаменты. Далее говорит что может сдать нам апартаменты на 4 дня из 8, и обязательно постарается найти замену. Ну конечно никто не постарается. На следующий день точно также поступили с моими друзьями. Им предложили доплатить 10%, чтобы остаться в апартаментах на весь срок. Нужно отметить, что никакие бассейны не работают и хозяин от этом знает, но не предупреждает

Imstead of getting 3 studios for 3 couples i get 1 studio and 1 flat with 2 bedrooms. Not very comfortible for 3 young couples going for holidays. My bedroom had to separated beds. I ordered 3 apartments with double bed. I was asking to view this before but agent is terrible, reply very less. Do not listen what gests want. Agent came late without saying sorry or anything. Charged me 400.000 more for getting worse place than i booked, never gave me any confirmation. They are just scammimg people. I did not get any help from booking. The worst thing the swimming pool on the top was closed, there was no water but that was the reason why i rent that place. I ask on arrival in receotion abiut swimming pool they said it works but they are scam just wanting people money. I could not cancel that reservation because was nothing else in good price to rent around on last minute. That was nightmare. Do not even try to book with them.
