I really liked the location. The apartment is new, which is a big plus.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The trash had not been taken out. There were cigarette butts left behind from previous guests. The floor was very dirty and covered with what looked like peeling skin from previous occupants, which was disgusting. Some elements of the kitchen were very dirty. Communication with the staff was very difficult — they ignored messages. Information about breakfast was provided only after the first day, despite asking about it earlier.

​I strongly advise against staying here. This was by far our worst experience in Vietnam. The room condition was appalling: the furniture was damaged (a broken/collapsed cabinet), and hygiene was non-existent. There was mold and mildew all over the bathroom, especially on the shower curtain. The bedding was stained, torn, and had a very stale, unpleasant smell. ​The host was completely uncommunicative. He ignored our WhatsApp messages and provided absolutely no explanation during check-in; we only received vague scraps of information after repeatedly asking. ​The layout is actually two rooms connected by a common corridor. The host failed to warn us not to lock the main entrance door. As a result, the family next door locked it and went out to the balcony (they couldn't hear the doorbell), leaving us trapped in the corridor. ​Amenities were useless. The breakfast is the cheapest option at a nearby eatery, where we were served raw food (pancakes) twice. The swimming pool water was freezing, and the other section has been under renovation for weeks. The gym has no ventilation and smells terrible. ​Do not stay here. Save yourself the stress and choose another place.

Хорошие, чистые апартаменты, с бомбическим видом на город и вечернее шоу! Все было в наличии, посуда, чайник. До красивого пляжа Кхем минут 10 езды.

Снимали трое апартаментов с друзьями, заранее просила чтобы были рядом. По итогу одни апарты были в другом доме. Но в принципе это неважно, так как попасть друг к другу можно только с проживающим в другие апарты, либо по их карточке)

Great ! But definently need better service. Waited 2 hours for check in.. from 2 oclock to 4.15

Everything except the girl in charge for check in. She was terrible
