Rooms at The Vault

The room.was lovely clean and equipped with everything we needed .Not staffed but full instructions were given b4 arrival on where to enter , key codes and about the location. Its busy and noise from the street as it was a bank holiday weekend but we were informed b4 . Not a problem.

The room was clean, very comfortable and convenient. It's a great price for no-frills room-only accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good. We were in the front of the building so had great views if the street and of Buxton. We'd stay there again.

We were there on a Monday so no noise from the pub below, although the road outside is very noisy - we like to sleep with the window open so possibly heard more than if window had been closed! The entrance is an alley between houses behind the pub, through a gate and up a metal staircase - there is lighting but if I was on my own I might be a little nervous.

very modern room with tasteful funishings. everything worked and was easy to use.

We were warned beforehand and could cancel, because the pub next door runs a music session till 02:00 on Satutday/Sunday. It was noisy and we lost a bit of sleep.

Modern and well equipped

No double glazing so a lot of road noise. Cheap mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.
