Location was great, room was clean and had everything we needed

Lovely rooms

The noise was unbearable even with earplugs in, the WiFi password didn’t help. Could do with a fridge. The shower screen was useless

Very clean. Excellent location. Easy to get to shops etc and bus stops.

Tricky to find initially

Location close to amenities/town. Clean modern good size room well decorated/maintained.Warm able to control room temperature. Bathroom well fitted but small. Great shower .Good value for money.

No coat hooks in bedroom or bathroom and limmited space to put toiletries. Navy blue towels! Access via back gates in the dark. Lack of beverage choice. No basic info pack on local area. Bed /pillow to soft but personal choice.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always a great stay. Great location nice and clean and really easy to check in. Would highly recommend there’s also lots of places to eat and a Sainsbury’s very close

Louise kept me fully informed at every stage and commujication was excellent. The service is completely automated using access codes. Directions were clear and I had a little trouble getting my key but Louise phoned me to assist. Room was a standard double with all facilities and was spotlessly clean of a good size and welcoming. Bathroom was bright and immaculate and looked brand new with white marble tiles. Shower was a joy to use and reached a comfortable temperature quickly. I was told beforehand that room is above a pub and they have music until 2am. There was music on Fri and Sat but Sun was quiet. I met the friendly staff when I checked out. The pub food was excellent, good value and plentiful

It takes a while to get used the automated service - msybe not for eveyone, but it works well.
