According to local regulations established by the region and the community, swimming pools are available only during the summer season or when weather conditions permit. In addition, the pools may be subject to temporary closures due to unforeseen maintenance work. Nogalera Terrace - Adults Only - Two-bedroom apartment (5 pax) Please note that, due to building management regulations, access to the swimming pool is limited to 4 people at a time for this accommodations. Therefore, only 4 pool access cards will be provided per booking. Please note that although the accommodations can accommodate 5 people, only 4 people will be able to access the pool at the same time. We ask you to plan accordingly and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Nogalera Terrace - Adults Only - Three-bedroom apartment (7 pax) Please note that, due to building management regulations, access to the swimming pool is limited to 6 people at a time for this accommodations. Therefore, only 6 pool access cards will be provided per booking. Please note that although the accommodations can accommodate 7 people, only 6 people will be able to access the pool at the same time. We ask you to plan accordingly and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
