Beautiful bright Apartment, plenty of towels, utensils. Beds are very comfortable. Engagement & communication with staff were brilliant. The directions to the office to collect keys and then to the apartment were very clear. Complex is well maintained.

The pool was under renovation, which we were not advised of before we travelled. We only planned to have breakfast in the apartment but unfortunately, the cooker hob didn't work. Overall, this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay at the apartment complex.

Fantastic ocean view from large balcony, living room and two bedrooms. All appliances in excellent condition. Large pool with a bar/restaurant. Steps from train station, centrally located near everything you will want to do.

The access to it is bad through a pub up 2 sloaps then into building and pool is a long way down and back to our apartment

Booked last minute, the staff were great to get it organised for us. The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Clean, fresh and bigger than I thought. The rooms are very spacious and all have amazing views with the windows on 2 of them folding away fully. Air con in every room which was fab, each room had a tv which we could stream Netflix to. One en-suite and a main bathroom (large). Showers were excellent size and pressure. Lorena (the key holder) was amazing help. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. It is located on the square and you just walk out and have restaurants, bars and shops. The pool has a bar and plenty of sun loungers. Would highly recommend.

The fobs for the pool appeared to be problematic and the lifeguard gave us a hard time to gain entry (not just us, lots of others). Lorena sorted us out with passes, The next day we had no problem when a different lifeguard was on.

Location was the best, the modern corner unit with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and city

The aircon was reported broken and they could not repair it. The mattress Was very soft and pillows were very Flat and uncomfortable.

Interior tired in areas.. blinds did not work so couldn’t see out windows they were in the down closed position and could not be raised (assume to hide construction work pointless as noise made it obvious) Marks on wall in entrance and on items of furniture. Speaker not working. No mirror in bedroom. Spacious!

CONSTRUCTION SITE … UNSAFE/DUSTY/NOISY/POOL AREA NOT CURRENTLY USABLE … THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ON THEIR ADVERT BE AWARE ..REFUND WAS REQUESTED AND REFUSED WE HAD TO PAY & MOVE TO SAFE & SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION. Avoidance & lack of cooperation from head office. Unable to use pool area whole area dig up and just dust/diggers/cement mixers/wheel barrows and safety tape around walkways/petrol cans left in hot sun/ electrical wires trailing through reception. How could any holiday provider think this acceptable for someone on holiday to be satisfied and pay to stay??Awoken at 8 by drills and diggers so couldn’t sit on balcony as noise deafening even on 3rd floor. Pool area like a bomb site dust flying around so into the pool water. Owners did not meet to hand over keys or assist in helping us to rooms .. they clearly knew this was unacceptable and we were likely to complain so left keys with cleaner who was still cleaning after 3pm check in. Apartment not even ready had to go out for 2hrs before could check in. Woke next day and explained we couldn’t stay as with 90yr old mum and walkways unsafe (apart from noise and pool issue)They have refused to refund us though accommodation not fit for purpose as balcony and pool as advertised not usable. They also took £400 deposit for ‘breakages’ which I am still waiting for refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING MADFLATS IT WAS CLEARLY MISREPRESENTATION THEY KNEW THIS WORK WAS GOING ON SAID NOTHING AND STILL TOOK MY MONEY THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ME AS DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER SAYING THE BOOKING WAS NON REFUNDABLE. So apparently regardless of condition or satisfaction or them honouring their contract and providing what was advertised you will not get your money back. I have video and photographic evidence and hope they will reconsider ..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The flat was beautiful in a great location with everything you could ask for! Central to both the town and the beach. It was a super spacious apartment with bright airy rooms and large bathrooms.

The pool was not open at the time of year.

Super easy check in experience. Modern furnishings which were all clean and comfortable. Hosts are available by WhatsApp. When we needed more things like bedding etc it was brought to us!

Area is so so, the building is on top of multiple clubs so on the nights we stayed (weekends) it was quite noisy until 4-5am. Wi-Fi didn't really work at all despite finding and restarting the router. Check out experience was ok, slightly ambiguous!

You are Literally above the nightlife gay area in Torremonlinos, very practical, and a few step to the metro station if you want to visit other seaside towns on the coast. The master bedroom with ensuite bath was perfect. The apartment is very bright because of the panorama windows stretching around the corner flat. You also have great view over Torremolinos and the sea from the flat. You don't hear anything from the nightlife downstairs.
