Nogalera Terrace - Adults Only

We stayed for a family holiday across 3 generations and everybody liked the modern but very tastefully furnished appartment. The big living room in the heart of the appartment allowed for a lot of family time whereas the 3 spacious satellite bedrooms gave everybody their privacy. The superbe location in the centre of town with walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants and grocery shops allowed us to stay there without renting a car. There was a taxi stand right in front of the building to take us back to Malaga Airport in about only 15 minutes. I recommend this appartment to everyone who wants a relaxed stay including a magnificent view over the sea! Also the staff was very friendly and flexible and even dropped the keys off straight at the appartment.

The location and views were great. Large space

Extremely noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning, especially on weekends. It is located above bars and restaurants, so you hear everything . The staff doesn't communicate well with each other. I continuously received request to provide my flight information and arrival time from different employees, some in Torremolinos and some in Madrid. it was very annoying

The location was great, close to lots of restaurants, main train station and walking streets. The building was above lots of bars so it got a bit loud at night. The view of the apartment was great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had basic needs.

The instructions to get the keys were clear but in fact we had to go to a completely different location for the apartment. This could be difficult with lots of bags or children. The bathrooms were not very clean as the showers had some mould. We also were informed of an extra charge for a deposit (normal for some hotels) but the issue came with refunding the deposit after confirming that we would see the refund within 24-72 hours. After lots and back and forth and talks with our bank, we still have NOT recieved our refund. Please be aware of this!!!

I've stayed in La Nogalera many times and this is definitely the best apartment!

A few more consumables like toilet rolls and shower gel would have been helpful along with a change of towels.

The apartment was in a great location. Close to everything. Clean and mostly as described. The communication between the host and myself, before and during the stay was excellent.

The instructions to get the keys were very clear but the instructiions to find the apartment were not quite so clear! There were 3 blocks of apartments and it was hard to work out which was was the block we were staying in! The apartment did not have enough mugs, bedding, handtowels or tea towels when we arrived but was quickly resolved the day after we arrived. The apartment did not have a toaster or cleaning chemicals as described. The shower in the main bathroom needs to be resilled as the current sill has gone black and the main communal pool could do with some attention

We were greeted at the property which was great as made it so much easier. Great communication with them and showed us how to access the apartment which was good as it was quite complicated. Location was fantastic and the set up of the apartment was good. the beds were amazingly comfortable.

For two weeks we could have done with extra towels and bedding as only one set provided. There is a washing machine but you don’t really go on holiday to wash bedding but not a major issue.

Very central in town, a bit of a walk onto the beach.( We are all over 60) very clean place beds were comfortable any problems we had were sorted within a day

It was noisy at night. There was a large festival on when we were there. There were no housekeeping for the full week we were there, no towel change either used washing machine to clean towels.

The lifts are pretty old and creaky and the fobs for the pool were hit and miss as to whether they would work
