Warisan Homestay 18pax Kota Kinabalu

Yes it is meant for a large group of people. Able to accommodate up to 18pax. The location of the place is strategic. There was a water dispenser which is quite convenient.

There was no towel at all, One of the airconditions was leaked and we had to endure the sound of water dripping plus, the room door cant be closed as we had to place a pail for the dripping aircond water. Water heater did not work.

Kami kena tipu!! Booking 2 unit tapi hanya dapat 1 unit. Bila tanya owner lagi 1 unit, owner langsung tak respons. Facilities tak memuaskan langsung. Bed sheet tak dikemas dengan rapi. Toiletries langsung tidak disediakan. Toilet kotor. Please do something. Kami booking 2 malam dan terpaksa berkongsi 1 unit sahaja !!!!

I love the location, right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu town. The Kids Zone area in the homestay is what makes it really interesting. Hot / Cool water dispenser provided.

The facilities are very disappointing: The air conditioning in Room Number 2 is not working properly and isn't cooling at all. The ceiling fan in the main room is not working. The portable table fan provided is also not working and is very dirty. Cleanliness is also very poor: The floor of the homestay has not been cleaned properly, with lots of dust and hair. The children's play area is dirty, dusty, and not well-maintained. The floor in the room has not been cleaned, with dust and hair strands present. There are spider webs in the shoe rack area, which seem to have been neglected for a long time.
