"VALUE FOR MONEY, GOOD LOCATION"

Location is easily accessible. Right in the middle of the city. The house is big and comfortable.

Water pipe at the middle toilet come out easily. The front door is easily seen through by outsiders.

"Suitable for large group."

Location is very strategic, in heart of the city. Opposite building is a well known spot, “Waterfront”, whereby you can catch beautiful sunset & also chill out. The property is suitable for a large group at a very reasonable price. Their staff were very friendly and always ever helpful. Truly appreciate it. Thank you.
