It is great accommodation you have everything It is clean and comfortable

Great cottage in a quiet neighborhood. All the facilities you could need. 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms....and even a snug games area. Lovely little touches like a welcome box with biscuits, bread, eggs and milk. Bottles of water supplied. Just sad that we did not get chance to try out the hot tub. Would highly recommend this cottage. The communications on booking, checking in etc. were fantastic.

Perhaps a bigger bed upstairs but it was nice and cozy.

Holly cottage was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean, and the extra touches, like bottled water, sweet treats, and welcome basket, made all the difference. Welton is a typical chocolate box village, very pretty with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Hull and neighbouring towns are within easy reach.

Cottage was immaculate and facilities were fantastic, area is picturesque. Great hosts with extras which made it even more special. 10/10 Hottub was brilliant too

The cottage is carefully furnished for comfort. There are lots of little touches making it special and the hot tub and welcome pack were great!

Noisy water pump in 2nd upstairs bedroom disturbed sleep (only noisy when loos are flushed etc). No washer / dryer

My husbands Granny owned this property 40+ years ago and so, we had a lovely trip down memory lane 😊Loved the original door being made into the kitchen table ❤️🥰

Towels could of done with being a bit bigger

This property was absolutely stunning. The little touches that the hosts left for us was a warm welcome. The beds are comfortable and the living area is large and comfortable.

The cottage was extremely comfortable, clean and right in the heart of the village. The garden was peaceful and a real suntrap. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the projector and had a variety of games to play. We also made good use of the hottub.

The main thing was a noisy pump in the twin bedroom upstairs.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting close to a lovely village pub.

Being told the day before arrival that dogs are not allowed upstairs - fully respect any property owners decisions around any aspect of how their property is used/accessed etc but would have liked to have been told this upon booking when we were asked if we were bringing a dog and told how much the charge for this was, so that we could make the decision for ourselves if this property would suit our needs. Also one of the rules in the 14 page rule book was that dogs were not to toilet in the garden - again would prefer this to be transparent upon booking. I did reach out to hosts after our stay to feed this back and they were very amenable so hopefully any new bookings bringing dogs will be given this information earlier. We did also have someone slam the downstairs bedroom window shut from the outside a couple of times which was odd & a little unnerving. We kept it shut after that and no further issues, hosts were apologetic and looking into why this might be so hopefully a one off.
