I was really surprise of the property from place .

I liked the way so the bedroom was ordered with a good decoration.

Everything was perfect, the attitude of the employee towards you, his constant efforts to help, the location of the facility, the cleanliness, they clean almost every day, they change the sheets, the television is very good, you can create a cinema atmosphere in an instant, there is a kitchen, it is always clean, from coffee machine to stove, refrigerator, everything is available. The bathroom is very good, there is always hot water, the towels they give are very clean, I can definitely say that the performance is above the price. I am a Turkish tourist and I can say that I am very satisfied.

This was by far one of the worst stays ever. The property was fine and comfy but what followed was a total headache. I booked the property based on their listing, which explicitly mentioned the availability of free public parking outside the premises. Upon arrival, I parked my vehicle near the property in accordance with what I understood from the listing. During my stay, the Airbnb host even contacted me to move my car from in front of their driveway, which I promptly complied with. When I inquired multiple times whether my car was parked correctly afterward, they assured me that there was no issue with the parking location. At no point did the host inform me of a prohibition on parking in front on some days. IF THEY COULD REACH OUT TO ME ABOUT MOVING MY CAR, THEY COULD REACH OUT TO ME TO SAY THAT IT'S PROHIBITED TO PARK THERE AS WELL. IT WAS LITERALLY IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE GATE. I am not a resident, I am a commuter and I believe it is on the property to at least provide such information for visitors. I received 2 parking tickets regarding which I reached out to the owner, and, that was a disaster. She wouldn't even listen but just kept on blabbering how it was my fault and not hers or property's or even the person who was representing the property and said its fine to park there(it's clearly mentioned on your listing). She wasted more than an hour trying to read out each and every text from the chat/conversation I had with them on booking.com where I asked several times if the parking was okay. She just neglected that as if it didnt exist and tried her absolute best to put all fault on me. At the end, no resolution as she hung up. Even booking.com wouldn't help you in this case because they say that they are not responsible for anything other booking. Could have been a 5 star review but they bought a 1 star for 108 bucks.

The owner, the instructions, the listing, the information

The room was separated and I don’t have to go through the living room to get to it. It was also well tidy up and clean as well. I also noticed it has a small balcony.

They didn’t switch on the heater knowing that it was a cold night. Though, the host later apologized but annoyingly again, they put on the heater for an hour or less and switch if back off again. That was a turn off.

They are incredible, they met all my expectations, if you are Brazilian this is a great place, the people are kind and friendly, amei esse lugar ótimo lugar para brasileiros e espanhóis eles são muito atenciosos!❤️ nota 10

1) Host: Fabiola as a host was fab, sweet, friendly, and very helpful. Renata was also nice. 2) Cleanliness: The property and shared spaces were consistently clean. 3) Comfort: I felt safe and comfortable, with spacious beds and well-maintained facilities, including a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. 4) Value for Money: The stay was worth the price. 5) Privacy and Quiet: The property maintained privacy and quiet environment. 6) Customer Service: My request for an early bag drop was accommodated.

1) Lack of ventilation: Without fresh air circulating, there were musty smells from dust, mold, or mildew. Although the smell wasn’t strong, improving ventilation would help reduce the mustiness. 2) Balcony Access: The balcony was not accessible. Ensuring all advertised amenities, like the balcony, are available would be beneficial. 3) Historical House Noises: The house being historical meant some squeaky stairs and occasional noise from people walking, which might be a minor inconvenience for some.
