The guests comfort should be of IMPORTANCE when running a business INSTEAD of her husbands’ comfort. Ex. Upon my arrival,the host had me move my vehicle where I previously initially parked it in her backyard ,that is on her property, where I was not in anyone’s way and I was able to maneuver safely out of her tricky backyard but INSTEAD the host had me move and then park into the grovel like, pebble stone, uneven levels for parking. Due to the treacherous entry into her backyard,the uneven levels and maneuvering in her backyard, I moved my car and parked on the street for the remainder of my stay where I was better comfortable and felt more safe. In the room I stayed: Excessive smell of deodorizer from the carpet when we walked in that lingered in one’s mouth and throat which made it hard to breathe so I took my lunch & went to my car to eat my lunch in my car shortly after I arrived. Me & the person I arrived with left the premises and returned after late in the night but still the heavy smell lingered. Upon our late return,I had to message her to ask if the window in the room was safe to open, since the balcony that was advertised was not available to use and we didn’t want any surprises of trying to open the window and something suddenly happens and we get blamed for it. The host responded and came to the room and we were able to open the window and we were able to ventilate the room a little . The “balcony” that was advertised was no available to use because “ the previous guest broke it”; my question is : why was it then part of the advertisement for the listing when it is not available. DON’T advertise what is NOT available for the guests to utilize. The bed made odd sounds every time we laid on it because of the plastic covering that the bed was still enclosed in. This only protect the “newness of the mattress” while creating unnecessary heat and lack of comfort to the detriment of the occupants sleeping on the mattress.

It is nice place to stay. Host is very cooperative.

Nice small room, space to store clothes and things. Spacious bed and a clean shared bathroom and kitchen.

Unfortunately the door to the balcony of my room was jammed, so I couldn’t use it.

Great deal and decent privacy.
