The Cider House at Stathe Farm

Sarah was lovely and so helpful with suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. The accommodation was so cosy and very clean. In particular the bed was huge and very comfortable with excellent quality bedding. Great walks with our dogs along the river. Loved it.

We loved staying here! Hosts Sarah and Mark were brilliant - even lighting the woodburner for us! Spacious rooms, very very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we've slept in. Kitchen had everything we needed - plus a welcome pack on arrival. We could not have asked for more. Thank you! P.S. better to arrive via Othery as the road is easier.

Nothing - everything was perfect for us.

A really lovely place to stay. Very welcoming with croissants, bread, milk etc in the fridge. And a lovely log burner already set. Very clean, good facilities and ideal for dogs (downstairs only). The hosts even gave us some of their excellent farm cider!

The Cider House has been really beautifully restored, rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Great location for walking and the hosts were very attentive.

Our host was welcoming and had supplied every luxury and comfort. From ground coffee, croissants, milk, olive oil to plenty of soap and bath bubbles, comfy beds, even plums to pick from the trees, this is the best rental I've ever stayed in. I love the countryside and even my city-dwelling family enjoyed the peace and the total night-time darkness.

Can't fault anything

You get alot for your money here. Great hosts spacious clean accommodation ,in great surroundings. Lovely welcome pack very well equipped. Kitchen parking off road, will definitely stay again if in area

The property is peaceful and plenty of room inside. A great host in Sarah that greeted me and showed me round.

If I had to be picky, I prefer a traditional free view TV so I can flick channels quickly.
