The view is spectacular. The room has a perfect spot to view Mt. Taal.

1. Owners are from New Zealand. Number in Booking.com is useless. You cannot contact them directly to attend to your concerns before arrival. We cannot really confirm if the room is available since no contact and communication was made by the owners. 2. The room is just fine. Need to add and update kitchen appliances (microwave is rusty). Bathroom needs extra checking too. Some things are in need of replacement.

The location

On our check out day, the contact person is not responding to my calls and messages, only replied after one hour. Also only one elevator is working, we waited for a long time, we finally decided to take the stairs going down, it was not a pleasant experience.

1. I booked for four people, but they only provided two towels and beddings. If I want two more towels and beddings, I am asked to pay PhP100/person. I didn't avail because I booked for four people and they should provide for four. This is the only staycation I booked with this system, which is not fair. 2. No toiletries. 3. No Netflix, you have to use your own account if you want to use Netflix. They should not put Netflix in their facilities because they are not providing it. False information. 4. Hassle registration at the lobby.

We stayed during the holy week. The view is perfect. Super convenient & accessible and there were a lot of food establishments around & the unit is clean & the amenities are all in good condition. I like the heated & outdpor pool. We enjoyed walking around from tower 1 to 5 😊

Nothing so far. Its just that theres only 2 elevators working at that time considering that they were fully booked. The waiting took so long to take the elevator going up. We had to use the stairs going down instead of waiting in line.
