Central Location shops & beach

very close to keyhaven. extremely good value to have a neat fully functional kitchen, tv, super wifi, outside sitting area, and comfy bed! excellent fish n chips shop opposite.

I couldn't find the hairdryer! the parking space beside the door is tight and in a narrow alleyway, so I was a bit worried about being blocked in as I had to leave v early. however plenty of free spaces on nearby road.

Close to all amenities. Clean and comfortable bed. Nice to be able to sit outside in the courtyard in the evening and private.

I am not a fan of the air freshener plug in so just unplug it, no problem.

The location was very good 👍 In middle of village with nice cafes and restaurants. A mile from the sea. There was a parking space but very difficult to get in as neighbours had a car and van parked awardly. They seem to be running a junk yard.

The photos of the property were years old. The whole place requires refurbishment. The gate nearly fell off as we arrived. Garden looked lovely in pictures, where actually rubbish and wooden pallets covered by matting with mice underneath. One one broken armchair in lounge, so had to bring in garden chairs to sit on. Toaster filthy, fridge not working properly. No kitchen bin, mirror in bedroom. Carpet in bedroom badly stained and coming away from wall. The bed was reasonably comfortable but smelt musty. 😕 We came home early, which was a shame as the weather was lovely. Obviously won't be going back. 🙄

Very conveniently located. Good value for money considering where it is. It was great for what I needed.

Could do with a refurnish and some cleaning but if they refurnished and painted, it would cost a lot more. It is what it is and I had a lovely stay. Maybe put a tv in the bedroom or move the one from the front room. That’s just my personal preference though.

Great location with pubs and restaurants and take aways right there. Easy walk to the beach with great views.

Smell on entry (possibly old carpet). No mobile signal but Wi-Fi worked well.

Surrounded by useful shops and The Smuggler's Inn very close by.

The car parking is quite restrictive , I have an estate which is quite long but smaller cars would have no problem.
