The location and surrounding area was excellent

There was a lack of cups, plates, bowls and no microwavable containers but a microwave! The place was rundown with furniture and facilities from the 1970s Could do with new floor covering and bedding

Very tired and unloved. Front room smelt musty, cobweb in one of the cupboards, towels were quite old and rough

Is a good place for little brak from work . The leaving room needs a sofa and telly to be updated .

Location was good.

The property was not clean: the tea towel was disgusting; the carpet was stained and wrinkled; the bath was cracked. The property at least needs a deep clean with new furnishings and better accessories; ideally the whole place requires gutting and renovating to much higher standard to make it suitable for ongoing rental. The outside space needs a complete overhaul.
