Central Location shops & beach

Cheap little flat in quiet village location.

It's a scruffy, old-fashioned, dated flat. An estate agent would call it "in need of complete modernisation". Fridge and hob dirty. Still no bin in the kitchen (wasn't one when I stayed a few weeks earlier). Parking space tricky to use, as neighbour parks badly. Curtains don't cover window/door. Sockets are scarce; you have to unplug an appliance to use one. Bath towel not very big. Reminds me of a place we stayed at in the early 80s on a family holiday when we were poor. I'd overlook the basic nature of the place if only they'd give it a good clean.

Cheap little place in the middle of Milford on Sea village, handy for restaurants, shops etc. Well heated, with easy thermostat. All the facilities you'd expect in a small flat. Bathroom has a bath, which is always a plus. Free parking in street till 11:00 if you can't fit in the flat's parking space.

It's a scruffy old one-bed flat that has not been updated for decades. This is reflected in the price. Furnishings old-fashioned. Kitchen dirty, especially fridge, pretty rank. Bizarelly, no bin provided in the kitchen/living room. To be fair, the guest book has lots of nice reviews in it, so evidently, not everyone is as fussy as I am.

My second time to stay here because it is great value and has everything needed for a short break. Everything in good condition and it definately does have a washing machine and plenty of free parking. Fast Wifi . Nothing to complain about

The place was warm especially as it was cold outside.it was very tired looking & not very clean.

I had no hot water on the 1st morning when I went to shower at 8.30am. The crockery was very limited & the cutlery dirty. The fridge was dirty & seemed to be defrosting on my food.. It was advertised as having a washing machine but didn't. Parking was very difficult as others blocked the access & street parking was very hit & miss.

suited me well . nice and peacful and nearby shops

Lovely location and cheap would definitely come again
