Above the Bay - Enclosed garden apartment with parking

Very clean and warm. Helpful guide to the property left for us and excellent communication before our stay around access etc. Thoughtful touch was to leave tea, biscuits along with cake and Prosecco as it was a birthday stay. Bedding and towels like new and there was nothing we couldn’t find we needed in kitchen either.

Nothing we didn’t like. Hilly walk up from Penzance and steps to property so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but clue is in the description (above the bay) and it didn’t bother us. I would also say once you’ve had a shower and wet room floor is wet you do then get wet feet again when going back into bathroom. We couldn’t understand why not just a normal shower installed ? Perhaps for accessibility reasons but given location and steps to property this didn’t make sense. However this did not distract from excellent stay as floor dried off whilst we were out during day and was not slippery when wet.

Highly recommended with very helpful and responsive owner. Location is good. 15mins walk into Penzance. The apartment was very clean beds were very comfortable. The apartment is very pleasant and done out to a good standard. We definitely come back again.
