Above the Bay - Enclosed garden apartment with parking

We could not enter the 'garden flat' because one of our family is in a wheelchair and there were numerous steps up to the 'garden flat' none of which could be seen in the photos for the property. When we asked for our money back the owner was very rude and put the phone down on us .

How you can advertise something as a garden flat that has numerous steps up to it seems to be against the trade description act.

Lovely little 2 bedroom apartment with lovely outside space. It's very quiet.Not far from the centre of town,all downhill.Penzance is ideal for getting to other parts of Cornwall if you do not want to drive as it has excellent public transport links.

Unfortunately, it was too hilly for my mum,it's ok going down but not coming back up. There are plenty of taxis though.
