Above the Bay - Enclosed garden apartment with parking

The flat is very nice and the little private garden is great. The bed is SUPER comfy which is important to me, and there were plentiful pillows provided. The flat also has a washing machine and dishwasher which was great.

The worst thing was a neighbour - there was a man who would sit immediately outside of the property gate and smoke cigarettes all day. It stank up the flat because it was warm and we left the windows open. I wish he would go sit elsewhere to smoke. The location is a bit confusing, I think they should add a WhatThreeWords location to the directions as we had a hard time finding the carpark. The parking spot number also needs to be updated as it faded and was hard to find. The Wifi was not good, I wish it had been better. We could barely stream anything on the TV that is provided.

The property was really nice. Very clean and all the things you'll need from a home is provided. The beds are very nice and comfortable that all of us slept well during our stay. The location is perfect as it was central to all the places that we wanted to visit in Cornwall. Very near to St. Michael's mount. And finally, a big thanks to Tamsin, who responded promptly and kindly to all our queries, even suggesting places to dine in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this property. Great value for money. We will surely try to book it again the next time we visit this lovely part of the UK. Needless to stay, this is highly recommended.

Maybe the shower area could be improved so that not all of the bathroom area gets wet.

There was very clean and tidy! We have enjoyed our apartment, nice sleep and relax.

This property was perfect for me, my husband and my dog. It’s was super clean, super comfy and in a great location. The owners instructions on how to find it were spot on and easy to follow and the little things round the property like tea bags, milk and biscuits were lovely touches. The kitchen was really well equipped and everything was easy to find. The garden was a perfect size for the dog to potter around and it was lovely and quiet!

The wet room! Not sure why this apartment has one but it makes the bathroom unusable after the first shower. Simple installation of a shower tray would be so much better. The location is very much at the top of a hill and then some stairs into the mix for good measure. We were a four 6 and 8 year olds and they loved the walk as did the dog. The view is not as described, you cannot see anything from the apartment itself, its behind others. The view is only possible from the carpark at the very entrance to the complex.
