The property was clean, facilities were great and a really friendly host

Everything! Apartment was exactly as you see in the photos. Fairly spacious generally but there was 7 of us on my trip and the space handled us well. There is air con in all rooms which was very well used! The apartment is in an ideal location. Plenty shops, bars, cafés immediately outside. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk as well as the old town. The host was brilliant, Emilia met us at the entrance to the building on arriving, was knowledgeable and very polite, even had some cold beers waiting in the fridge for us. On leaving she arrived bright and early to take the keys back, 7am! (Early flight not checkout). Its an ideal place but with that said, it can be loud outside through the night due to its locality.

Casa mi Lola is a perfect location in the heart of Benidorm. The apartment sleeps 8 people and is absolutely beautiful. The decor and quality of the furnishings is outstanding. A lot of thought has gone in to this property by Emilia the owner

Apart from this apartment being to an exceptionally high standard, the lady who's place it is was the star. She did absolutely everything possible to ensure we had the best stay. She was always available if anything was needed & we even had beers in the fridge for when we arrived. I have enquired about other places she has so we can bring a bigger group next time. Her attention to detail was faultless. Exceptional place & service. Thankyou Emilia - we all loved what you did to help in what was a memorable trip. We'll definitely be back. Thanks so much 😊

The only tiny improvement may have been a key each rather than 1 for every 2 people. But the intercom on the complex helped with that. But to be fair Emilia even offered to sort this part way through the trip. Absolutely loved this place. ❤️
