Tastefully decorated, and pristinely cleaned There are metal shutters which can block out the light completely or can be closed / opened individually. Double glazing throughout with individual doors to keep out noise. Beds have deep mattresses and are higher than most Spanish beds ... easy to get on and off. The owner is readily available by phone should the need arise. A minor problem with the air conditioning and she was there in a flash with a technician. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Premises are very secure with a daytime concierge. Apartment accessed by a reasonably sized lift. Centrally located just 2 minutes from the beach while remaining at the centre of nightlife. The owner is a pleasure to deal with

Nothing of significance

Great safe apartment, in a superb location, the apartment is in a gated area, 2 minutes walk to levante beach and tiki beach bar, and literally in the heart of all the bars and late night clubs. Emilia was a great host , who can’t speak English but communicates very well , written and verbally. We will definitely be coming back here later in the summer. Emilia even left us some cold beers in the fridge when we arrived. She also arranged taxis to and from the airport. There is a €250 deposit in cash which Emilia brings back on the day of your departure. We had 2 twin rooms with Comfy single beds with 2 decent walk in showers. They also have an iron and iron board, coffee maker, and built in washing machine machine and fridge. There was also a free safe for passports.

This wasn’t a problem for us but the apartment has no pool.
