Avotu new and cozy place

The location was good, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is very spacious, kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for a short/longer stay.

Our bedsheets had hairs on it. Also the staircase in the building is rather old and a bit unwelcoming which you can´t see from the photos while booking. Other than that it was a optimal stay in Riga.

Was a cosy place.

I have stayed in a number of flats in Latvia and this was the worst experience. Have booked this property relying on outstanding reviews it has, but there were several problems with my stay: If you're a light sleeper- you will have issues as noise isolation is very poor in this property. You can hear every step and movement that neighbors make and also can hear anyone that comes up the stairs. The neighbor above me was up past 2 am at nights. 1 night there were no heating and place was very cold, which I've addressed with a host and was told that there must be an issue with central heating, so not much can be done. Prior to arrival I've requested late 33 w×3wwww w3 3 w w3 1!! WEDS

Wonderful flat, very spacious and close to city center. Really enjoyed the stay as a couple, will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location with the possibility of free parking in the backyard (subject to availability). The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, making it ideal for a longer stay.

We absolutely loved the place. Location was excellent - near city center and old town. Apartment was very nice, stylish and cozy equipped with everything that you need for longer stay. There were some toys for children and that was really nice suprise. Easy entrance with code lock and good communication with the owner. Parking was available in paid parking zone on the street infront of the house (free on sundays and nights) or cheaper on near by parking area (area A18) . Next time in Riga will stay there again for sure.
