Beautiful, spacious apartment with stylish decor and furnishings Location is very convenient for the sights in central Riga as well as the Old Town Quiet - the apartment faces an internal courtyard and so there is not any traffic noise. Good shower

The entrance to the block and the communal stairs are really run down and scruffy. As with all old apartment blocks, it is possible to hear people moving around upstairs but that was all; we did not hear loud music or people talking etc

We had a great stay at Avotu. The apartment is within a 10-minute walking distance to the central train/bus station. The apartament is clean, very cute, cozy and bright, the facilities are new. We had everything we needed for our stay. Self check-in is easy and convenient. The host is friendly and responsive. Recommended.

One dislike incorrect size coffee pods for coffee machine.

Cosy and clean appartment with everything needed

Cozy, clean, warm and beautiful apartment. Big plus is a smart TV and fast internet. There was everything I needed for my stay and the host is nice and helpful. Self check-in is very convenient. Loved staying there and I definitely come back again.

The place was clean, nice and bright. Loved free space in appartment. Kitchen has dishwasher. Great place for couples that like to cook at home in small portions.

Kitchen was missing some crucial cleaning materials, like cleaning cloth and hand towel, but there were paper cloth, which is not ideal for kitchen cleaning. Bed was too soft for my liking, but I found good workaround.

The apartment is located in a non-touristy area just a short 20min walk to the old town and 15min car ride from the central bus station. Grocery stores are just around the corner. Directions from host on how to access the apartment was clear and helpful. This apartment is bigger than the picture depicts and has all the amenities available for a comfortable stay. Strong and fast wifi for remote work. Had a brilliant and comfortable stay here.

Something to keep in mind is that this apartment is on the 3rd floor (but really 4th if you’re from the US) and there are no elevators.

The decor, warmth, comfort, coffee machine, everything! Absolutely perfect and quiet apartment situated in a beautiful quiet location close to everything we need.

Great place to stay for visiting Riga - 15minutes walk to Old Town. Cafes & supermarkets close by. Clean, comfortable & spacious, very warm, with a well equipped kitchen for a few nights’ stay. Host communication great - helpful, and quick response to queries.

Hot water only just warm enough for a shower - a problem affecting the whole building that couldn’t be resolved while we were there. Mattress very soft which may be uncomfortable for some people
