My stay at CDMX Rentals went well overall, but securing a long-term stay was challenging. I had to make four separate reservations for a 10-day stay, each with an additional $35–$45 cleaning fee depending on the unit size. The fee covers cleaning for the next guest, not daily services, though cleaning supplies like a broom and mop are provided. Booking ahead is highly recommended to avoid this issue. Traveling with someone in a wheelchair, I appreciated the elevator, though the main door to the building was difficult to push open, making entry challenging. Fortunately, staff were available to assist when needed. Some units also had raised restrooms, so I recommend requesting a completely flat unit for accessibility. The building was well-secured, clean, and beautifully decorated. The welcome gifts were a nice touch. The units were spacious with plenty of natural light from large windows. While air conditioning was available, we often enjoyed the cool night air by opening windows. However, noise from a rooftop club across the street on karaoke nights and weekends, as well as early morning city sounds, may require closing windows and using the AC instead. Towels were provided, but if you have sensitive skin, bring your own. With no restroom ventilation, hang towels outside to dry. The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions, food, shopping, and entertainment, though I recommend avoiding mentioning Airbnb to locals, as it’s a sensitive topic. I’d stay here again.

It's in the city center and the tourist attractions are nearby. Also there is everything inside that you need for a long stay - fridge, oven, microwave, tv , dinner table, sofa, etc.

Muy recomendado, muy cerca del zócalo y lugares de interés para visitar.

Muchas gracias por el servicio, tuvimos algunos percances pero agradezco a la administración y a los empleados por ser tan atentos y darnos solución, sin duda nos fuimos con una gran impresión del hotel lo recomendamos ampliamente La zona es segura y muy accesible a todo. Además de ser muy bonito.

En general todo muy bien

Me encantó que tenía todo disponible para tu estadía, si no querías comprar comida tu puedes hacerla, tiene TV habitación con aire acondicionado el único problema es que la regadera no tenía punto medio, o estaba hirviendo o estaba super helada

Son muy atentos y me di cuenta que han remodelado habitaciones lo cual se agradece se nota que les interesa la comodidad del huésped

Me encantó a mi y a mi Familia, super limpio, equipado, seguro, centrico. Volveré de nuevo a reservar con ellos.

Muy padre el lugar , te da oportunidad de conocer el centro histórico y sus alrededores si vas a algún evento en especial . Su ubicación te permite tener varios servicios con muy buen accesibilidad . Nos gustó mucho ! Muchas gracias por todo .
