The room was basic, but spacious and very clean. Our problem was that the room filled with sewer gas. We couldn’t breathe and became nauseous. We asked the doorman for help. He looked at the plumbing and sent one of the cleaners to flush out the drains. In an hour the horrendous odor was back. Despite still having a room listed on Hotels.com, they refused to move us. We had to secure another hotel to be able to breathe safely.

Excelente propiedad; supero nuestras expectativas; todo accesible; sin duda regresare aqui en mis próximas visitas a la ciudad de mexico; el unico detalle es que el dia de nuestra salida no hubo agua caliente; por todo lo demás excelente.

Super recomendable el lugar, accesible y lindo lugar 10/10.

This location was great, good area, secure and comfy. I most def be back next year.

Good location to walk to many things. Nice staff. Simple unit. Most everything was as expected. The only problem was the shower handle was unmarked and it didn’t make sense bc left all the way or right all the way was cold. Trial and error to get warm to hot water w moving the handle only partway on.

There was enough space for 8 people but the staff didn’t seem to have any energy to assist during your arrival.

The area was great for those looking for museums and the socalo Etc. Restaurants all around at walking distance. The apartment was ok, we had no view of the outside it was enclosed which made it uncomfortable!

A lovely Historic building, nicely furnished apartment. Included amenities, A/C in bedroom. All the staff was attentive and the apartment was clean Great views from the roof top area. Would definitely recommend!!
