Nice property! Great location too and nice sea view! Would definitely stay again

Great location. Its in the Moby Dick apartmemt block. Close to everything' easy walk down to 'the strip,beach front and market. Great pool and paddle pool and a nice bar/pub. Apartment was on 15th floor. 2 lifts. Great views. No balcony but patio doors that slide open which does same job. 2 bedrooms with single beds and storage space. Bedding and towels provided. Double Sofa bed and smart tv. We needed a mobility scooter and Diego suggestes to book via the Riopark hotel across the road. This worked out fab as we would just put it bsck on charge there over night in the designated charging area. We booked this in an emergency as our previous one was canceled at the last minute. The host Diego was very helpful and responded very quickly to our queries. Id say its cheap and cheerful and serves its purpose. Its fine if youre not fussy. We were only in it to sleep and get changed. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The apartment is quite dated and in need of a refurb. Looks quite drab but was clean.The pictures make it look better than it is. The kitchen is small and could do with new cupboard doors and worktop. Good size fridge freezer. bathroom is small. Small shower cubicle but all working and clean.washing machine in bathroom. We didnt use it. The back of the bathroom door was dropping to bits. One thing that we couldn't get away from was an awful smell as you walked into the apartment. We couldn't find the source of the smell but think it was either the kitchen drainage or the pipes on the washing machine. I bought some air freshener to help. Had a couple of little 6 legged visitors last night when i walked into bathroom but you can expect the little critters anywhere. You only get one key for the apartment which is a bit inconvenient when theres 4 of you but we managed.

Apt very clean. It’s a great location Pool area is really clean and welcoming. Washing machine and hairdryer a plus Diego the host was very good at resolving any niggles.

No sunloungers to lie on at the pool so we bought airbeds. Only one hand towel for 3 people not ideal Could do with a refresh in terms of decor.

- No air conditioning (from what I’m reading in booking.com the aircondition has being broken a long time and still not repaired). The owner mentioned that the aircondition was not working and that they are contacting a technician to fix it, but the aircondition is totally removed from the outside (picture attached). I never heard back regarding the aircondition and the technician. I did get free WiFi that was used 1 time, and got to check in 1 hour before. - The light in the bedrooms does not work. - If you are planning at making food at home I would not suggest this apartment, the cutting board had small insects and even though the kitchen is well equipped the items are old and therefore not very tempting too use. - Unfortunately I would not recommend this apartment. It has to be remodeled.

Excelente ubicación , súper cómodo el parking , todo excelente . Trato muy cordial

Esta muy bien situado, maravillosas vistas, limpio, cómodo y fresquito.

El alojamiento esta muy bien, es perfecto por si quieres ir a benidorm, el dueño era muy simpático y nos resolvio todos los problemas que tuvimos la verdad es que volveria a ir.
