Casa non nuovissima ma tenuta pulita, ordinata e ristrutturata. Entrata del condominio molto ampia con colonne molto affascinanti in una zona strategica per chi vuole essere vicino al centro ma comunque non in mezzo al casino. FINESTRE INSONORIZZATE

Unico piccolo difetto un leggero odore di fogna dal bagno, basta chiudere la porta e non si sente, il problema purtroppo è delle fogne e non dell'abitazione

Bardzo przemiła Pani właścicielka, kontaktowa i uczynna. Przyleciałyśmy rannym rejsem Pani Margarita pozwoliła nam wejść od razu do apartamentu, za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczne. Położenie apartamentu rewelacyjne, blisko targu, głównego placu a do autobusu jadącego do Syrakuzy 150 metrów. Zaraz kolo apartamentru jest kawiarnia z uroczym właścicielem od rana otwarta. Jest też piekarnia. Apartament przestronny, klimatyzowany. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Brakowalo mi w pokoju kuchennym małej lampki przy łózku oraz stoliczka nocnego. Szyba pod prysznicem wymaga lepszego zabezpieczenia. Moze jakis wieszak do kurtek by się przydał.

Очень атмосферное здание, чего стоит входная дверь в подъезд и лестница! Просто очень атмосферно. Хотите фотосессию в необычном месте? Вам туда! Огромная комната, сводчатые потолки 4 метра, полы покрыты метлахской плиткой. Хозяйка квартиры просто нет слов, такого подхода я не встречал, дружелюбие, тактичность, терпение, это все про нее! Горячо рекомендую это место, вы не пожалеете!

Всё было шикарно!

Appartement im 2. O.G. ,abends schlecht beleuchtet DieTreppe zum rustikalen " Hauseingang " mit Gepäck ist auch nicht jedermann's Sache...

Rita gentilissima e disponibilissima, pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Posizione della casa eccellente, a 2 passi dal Duomo e dalla stazione degli autobus. Fantastica la grande vasca da bagno in camera da letto. Casa perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone.

Unica pecca è stata l'aria condizionata non funzionante in una delle due stanze. Fortunatamente Rita ci ha fatto trovare un ottimo ventilatore per sopperire all'inconveniente.
