Recogida de llaves, media hora al Sol de la tarde; en nueve días ni uno de limpieza o cambio de toallas, sin servicio para cocinar ni inclusión de desayuno, salvo sobres de café y te. Sábana y una de las toallas limpia pero con rotos antiguos.

Located in the heart of the city, antique house with beatiful staircase! Spacious, brand new interior, well equipped (incl aircon). Bedroom bath! Well organized check in/out. Helpful and friendly host!

Late check in (6:00pm), noisy street (can’t avoid in the center of Catania)

Dans un immeuble charmant à 2 pas du Duomo, la chambre est ultra spacieuse avec baignoire dans la pièce principale. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour : grand frigo, cafés et thés ainsi qu’un petit grill si besoin. Flexibilité sur check in/out. Si vous venez en voiture, parking payant en bas mais qui craint vraiment. Préférez un parking privé surveillé à 25€ les 24h (ou 20€ la nuit).

Pas du fait de l’établissement mais c’est le quartier du marché au poisson donc saletés et odeur nauséabondes sont au rendez-vous à 40m de l’entrée. Et pas gênant en soi mais appartement récemment rénové donc encore quelques cables / tuyaux sur les murs et autres trous. Sinon parfait, on reviendrait.

È stato tutto perfetto. La struttura era in un ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro e la stazione centrale. La signora Rita è stata molto accogliente e di una disponibilità unica. L’appartamento attrezzatissimo di tutti i comfort, lo consiglio assolutissimamente.

Large spacious room with lots of character. It had everything we needed. The location was excellent. Our host Margherita was responsive, friendly and helpful. The room was great value.

We appreciated how clean and spacious the room was. Also the cofee machine and little kitchen area with single use cuttlery, paper towels and paper cups was convinient for making a snack. Air condition works well and is well positioned in the room. White bedding and white towels were clean,no stains. In general, the owner keeps higyene on a very high level and the accomodation really feels lke an a oasis in the bustle and hustle of Catania.
