USGreat location close to the Ash Mountain Entrance (Hwy 198) right in Three Rivers. Bed was comfortable and the shower (rain head only) was hot. My kids loved that there was hot chocolate with marshmallows (1 day's serving).
This is a no-frills moter inn with self-check-in. If you want a front desk for an extra towel, some additional coffee, or you lock yourself out of your room, I do not think there is anyone around to help you. You are on your own. Just know what you are getting into. We had a horrible arrival. It was actually awful. I arrived at 11:45 pm with my 2 young daughters after driving 6+ hours from Death Valley. We were exhausted and ready to sleep before going to Sequoia early the next morning. When we arrived, there is no one to greet us, no desk, nothing. The instructions were unclear how to get in so I didn't understand that I had to complete an online portal to get a key code - this should be much clearer because the wifi does not work in that area, making this incredibly frustrating. Even after I completed the portal which took forever with unreliable wifi i still got an error and no code. I called the emergency phone line 6-7 times, left messages and texts, and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was furious and tired. We were only able to get in after I fiddled with the key box and realized it was actually not locked -- so after all that the keys were in the open. I didn't even imagine that it would be so insecure, but it worked for us in this case. A million thumbs down for the arrival process. Then, when we got in the room, it had an odor like sewage that they had sprayed perfume over. The bathroom window was open & AC was on like they were airing it out. I didn't want everything to smell, so we just left our bags in the car and went to bed. Someone must have come by the next day because the AC was off when we got back, but the smell lingered. The hand towel hook was broken and fell off the wall in my hand. There is no book or any type of information about restaurants, local shops or anything. Not even a brochure for Sequoia. No instructions on check-in or check-out.

GBLovely stay, facilities great. Nice to sit outside. We arrived a little early. We called the co tact and were able to access the accommodation a little before check in time. Close to Sequoia.
Nothing.
USThe location to Sequoia is nice.
There was an issue with the water which was non potable. Supposedly some bottled water was to be available but then we were responsible for the remainder of our 3 nights stay..We arrived after a 9 hr trip to get there and there was no drinking water. In addition there was just one days supply of coffee. There was no one on-site to discuss this. There was only one small garbage can available which was not enough to include take out boxes and beverages.
USEverything was amazing!
