Adorable 2 bedroom guest house

the cottage was lovely and very confortable The location is great for a weekend in Kent and Sussex the Roku tv with netflix the complimentary bread and butter in the fridge!

Maybe a document with informations about places to visit around and explanations about wifi code, waste rules in uk would been helpful

Great walks nearby through woodlands and streams if you go a bit further. The footpath nearby the house so no need to drive anywhere. The owner made our dog, baby v welcome.

Lovely and cosy cottage with everything you could need with beautiful views of the country side. Nice touch to receive a bottle of wine and milk on arrival. Host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Would have liked some leaflets about the area.

The house was in a good location and was comfortable. The wine and beers in the fridge were a lovely touch.

It would have been helpful to have a guide book / list of recommendations for things to do in the local area and walks available from the property. The property was quite tired and more dated than the photos on the listing

Warm & cosy. Lovely soft furnishings. Quiet with stunning views. Great location. Airfryer great. Beautiful little bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Thick fluffy towels. Appreciated the milk in fridge on arrival.

We couldn’t get live tv to work. No hairdryer. Few cobwebs about. Window latch broken in main bedroom. Also windows could do with a clean.

Good location, cosy atmosphere, comfy beds and a nice shower. It was also nice to have some basics in the fridge.

Needed a little bit of TLC, would be nice to have a little guide for Wi-Fi / where’s good to eat etc

Great location for lots of National Trust and larger towns. Comfy bed, lovely fireplace and thoughtful host. Would be even more beautiful in the warmer months.

A bit of an awkward set up where the TV is placed in the front room for evening watching. Switching where the tv/sofas is located might help… not set up like the photos on website. Piano is not in tune and you can’t shut the door to conservatory so the cold comes in.
