ZAView of the place ,quietness and cleanliness
No enough toilet paper and no big towels at all
ZAPlace was beautiful and located in peaceful place, and it's also clean
Place doesn't have towels in the rooms, coffee table, broom and in the kitchen they should have at least dish soap. Also wi-fi is slow of which the TV doesn't work most of the time since they don't have a decoder

The bed sheets were dirty and appeared to have a whitish substance on them, which was extremely uncomfortable. The sheet cover also had visible blood stains. The linens provided was dark instead of the expected white, which was a disappointment and gave an unclean impression. The oven functioned poorly and was too slow to even grill meat. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Even underneath the bed, the area had not been cleaned. The crockery provided was only enough for 9 people, although my booking was for 11. The pots were also in poor condition and some were not suitable for use. When I reported the issue with the sheets, there was no accountability. I was simply told they have been washed which made me feel as though my concerns were being dismissed. On a positive note, the house is very spacious, and I truly appreciated the clean pool and the excellent location. I kindly request that cleanliness be given much higher priority in the future. 🙏🙏🙏

A lot, we have been to many self catering vacations with my ladies but Shotleft was terrible I must say. The host refused to give toilet papers, by the time we came on Friday they were already half used, we were forced to go to a garage and buy some toilet paper to last until Sunday.There was no sunlight liquid and sponge to was dishes yet she expected us to wash dishes, we asked for it, she sent a small diluted sunlight liquid. Some of the bed was not comfortable, the bedding are an old fashion comforters with no matching pillow cases,who still use comforters in this day and time, come on….they don’t give that vacation vibe.There is not even one air con in the house, they have rusted fans, and one tv in sitting room, in lounge the table cloths was not giving. In pictures the pool had a shelter, but there was no shelter by the pool when we get there. The host is not so welcoming to visitors.

In the picture it shows a cover over the pool but there is no cover,there was no extra blanket in the rooms that had no closet and it was cold with this rainy weather.Too much cleaning to secure our R750 at some point it just didn’t feel like a holiday,A purpose for us to leave our homes is to rest and be on full holiday mode.
ZASea view absolutely superb.Saw whales n dolphins. Down at the beach saw an octopus 👌
