ZAWe had the most wonderful weekend at the house, the place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere, made it hard to leave. Can't wait to come back!!

No staff to assist, bedding were not changed for our entire stay We had to clean by ourselves even when we leave, were instructed to leave the place clean The water in the area is a problem No cleaning material was supplied

We did have water issues but the owners, did sort it out as fast as possible which was great. They were very helpful. Will definitely book again in future.
GBThe location was very convenient and the house had a nice spacious living area and lovely sea views. Once we found the correct petrol station, it was quite easy to get the keys. They were in the drawer that the host accurately described. It would be helpful if they provide the exact address of the BP garage as my sat nav took us to another BP garage when I typed in BP Ramsgate.
The hot water in the showers was not consistent. Had a couple of cold showers. Bedrooms had no bedside lamps or bedside tables. Fans were provided but no extension leads to reach the plugs. There was a very noisy pump that went on and off during the night that affected guests sleeping one side of the house. Guests should be provided with instructions with the keys on what button to press to open the gate and also how to deactivate the security system. We set it off by accident and the security came. Thankfully one of our party told us you need to press the green button once or twice and wait to hear the beep to know if it was active or not. Also bear in mind that another house has been built recently to the side in front of this property and it does impact on your privacy when occupied....
