GBIt did have the facilities needed and looked very presentable.
Sadly quiet time wasn’t. At 2am in the morning there were extremely drunk people being very roudy, which concerned me being disabled. On top of this there were no disabled spaces, I needed to take up two spaces with my blue badge to which I was contacted about due to other people complaining. Sadly there is also building work going on literally outside the properties, which I wasn’t made aware of and that alone wasn’t easy. Part of the property had cobwebs which haven’t been cleaned in quite sometime, an oversight maybe, but I always speak with honesty and leave a property as I found it, clean and organised.

Poor customer service prior to stay, hefty ‘security deposit’ taken (not yet sure when this will be returned), lots of sugar and a few teabags left but no coffee in the flat, front door code seemed to be slightly temperamental

GBThe location was really good and was easy to find. Good facilities and my daughter loved the quirky bedroom on the mezzanine.
There was scaffolding at the access gate, which was making access to the car park difficult, although that is not the fault of the property owner - well I don't think so anyway

No battery’s in the tv remote. Not enough toilet roll in kitchen equipment. Very weak shower.

The decor of the property was tired and could do with updating. But it's a great location and an easy walk to the city centre. Difficulties with the booking in procedure annoyed and frustrated us when we first arrived at the property. I didn't find the hosts especially helpful.
GBOnly real issue was there was no hot water in the main bathroom sink at the Grosvenor Apartment.
