Payment for a secure car park when the gates were stuck open, no dish cleaning equipment, no potato peeler, no tin opener, support was also poor, three times contact about gates, still hadn't received a return call to solve the issue of

AUNice and close to the canal walk, train station and city centre.
Could have been cleaner. There was no dish washing liquid or anything to clean with and therefore most of the cups etc and cutlery needed a good wash. I did buy detergent and kitchen cloths and washed things. Shower needs a clean as there’s mould all along the doors.
NAFantastic stay. Polka stays STAFF were wonderfull and assisted us with a minor crisis. Real SUPERSTARS.

There was a light outside the bedroom window that flickered all night but don’t know if that was linked to the property or a neighbouring one. A bit annoying when trying to sleep
