Уютная квартира, все есть для комфортного проживания. Хороший ремонт, все чистенько! Очень гостепреимная хозяйка, встретила все объяснила. Хорошее расположение квартиры, все в шаговой доступности, транспорт, метро, в доме есть супермаркет, а также много кафешек.

Все понравилось!

Квартира расположена в самом центре города. Рядом метро, автобусные остановки, есть продуктовый магазин 24/7, аптека, обменные пункты. Белье свежее, хороший интернет. Рекомендую👍

This was one of the best place I have stayed at. I'm a solo traveller and I felt very safe here. Bed was very comfy, sofa was so comfy too. place was very clean n loved the room atmosphere and air. Had very good sleep in this apartment. The host was excellent and very friendly and easy to deal with. Lovely host, Aitan who made it so easy for me to check in and out. She even gv me a chocolate as I gift while I was checking out. I was so touched. The location is excellent with dining options, supermarket, money changer, metro, bus station all within 5ins walk. Also in walking distance to green bazaar, kazakstan chocolate place, cathedral, memorial Park and navat. Highly recommend to stay here for ease of access. Apartment is located at a quiet location too. Definitely won't hesitate to come bk to kazakstan and stay here! Best location and excellent host.

Evin konumu çok merkezde. Altında Self sevis lokanta ve yanında süper market var. Arbat caddesi 100 mt. Yakında. Ev sahibi hanım ; Sabah 9.00 da Evi teslim etti. Market önünde bekleyip Anahtar aldım. Bu süreçte Restoran da bekledim ücretsiz Wi-Fi kullandım. İletişim kurdum. Bu daireyi Tavsiye ederim.

Tek sorun TV yeterli haber kanalı yoktu. Tek Türk kanalı var. Bu da dizi gösteriyor. Dünyada ki olayları ve haberleri Cep telefonu ile takip ettim.

I advised the property owner when I left the airport and approx. time that we would be at the property. The owner was waiting at the entry for us when we arrived and demonstrated how to access the apartment.

The lady owner was very nice with us. She provided us with fresh bottles of water at the arrival. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The surroundings of the apartment were full of good restaurants and 24/7 shops. From the balcony you can have a great view of the mountains on a clear sky day! 🤩 When we left the lady owner gifted us with Kazakh chocolate and a traditional shall for the throat 😁

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Arbat walking street, bus stops and metro stations. There is a supermarket nearby and several restaurants in the vicinity. One can avail a yandex taxi at this location at all hours. The balcony has a clear view of the mountains and several Soviet era buildings. The KBTU is at a walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a group of 2 people. It is cosy and equipped with basic kitchen equipments. The bathroom is spacious and has hot and cold running water, washing machine and a hot drying rack. The host is a very sweet lady who even sorted out an issue with our taxi and tour operator.
