The host was an extremely pleasant lady. She was there to provide any help and support required. The home is extremely leisurely and thoughtfully done. The location is bang opposite Zhibek Zholi Metro Station and all major tourist destinations in the city were at walking distance.

Very convenience location to get in public transport and eatery. Polite boss lady are quite helpful as well. The room come with washing machine and balcony, so it's very convenience for us to clean and dry the clothes for our multiple day trip. Come with fridge and microwave, so no problem to store and what up food as well. We visited on end of October, room and shower heater works well in cold season. Even tho it's nothing fancy like hotel, but we're still highly recommend this stay. ✨

The best thing about the property is definitely the location. I really like the 24/7 Yubileiny Supermarket behind the apartment building where I can buy stuffs anytime. The area has malls nearby, good restaurants and cafes especially in Arbat Street where you can see youth performers singing live with their instruments. You can just walk to Ascension Cathedral and Panfilov Park for few meters. The apartment is very clean and it has everything you need. The owner, Miss Aitana is such a sweet, caring and helpful person. Although she doesn’t speak English, she managed to teach me how to control the heating system in the apartment. To Miss Aitana, if you are reading this… Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. You were so kind and sweet you even gifted me a box of Kazakh chocolate before I left. I will definitely come back again. 🙏

the place is very clean and at the center. near the grocery and food area. The owner is very sweet, accommodating and helpful. her place is recommendable.
