ZAPlace is neglected poor maintanance we had to take cold shower geyser was not working sofas not comfort no mattres protectors to make the bed comfort.

Shabby bathrooms. Bed linen. No mattress or pillow protectors, just a thin sheet straight on the mattress which I dislike. Uncomfortable sofas. Wi-Fi didn’t work but they did get it sorted. I’m sorry to say The cottage lacks any feeling of love, care & comfort. Extremely overpriced.
